How a cupcake order works

No cart, no checkout, no account to create. Every step opens up if you have a question about it.

    Tell us what you are planning

    Send the occasion, your date and how many dozen you need.

  2. 02

    You send us your design

    A color palette, a theme, a photo of a set you liked, or toppers you want matched to the invitation.

  3. 03

    Nothing gets bought until you approve it

    We come back with the design worked up and a price. Nothing gets purchased until you have told us it is right.

    We run a test batch

    We pipe a sample so you can see the swirl, the color and the toppers before the full order gets made.

  2. 05

    We bake and pipe them

    Baked fresh for your date and finished as late as we sensibly can, so the buttercream arrives sharp.

  3. 06

    You pick it up and go celebrate

    Boxed by the dozen so the tops survive the trip. Most orders are collected, and we deliver when it makes sense.

How our pricing works

Cupcakes are priced by the dozen and by the finish. A plain swirl costs less than piped florals or hand painted toppers, so the decorating moves the number rather than the flavor.

How we plan around your date

A straightforward order needs a few days. Matched toppers or painted detail needs longer. Send your date and how many dozen and we will tell you what fits.

How your order gets to you

Boxed by the dozen with the tops protected, and most orders are collected. Keep the box flat in the car and the piping arrives the way it left.
